Best boudin in the area. Fresh hog head cheese made every morning. Super tasty cracklins. All meat is processed right there and cut to order. Everything is wonderful and the employees are all well versed in anything you want or need - many have been there for a very long time. You can go wrong shopping for your meat at Richards.
